Thank you!
We will contact you during the day :)
a place to meet with nature and yourself, a place to recharge and to co-create with others
Tepla Gora is when your noisiest neighbour is a forest. It is when the best seasoning for your dish is the view and the shadow of an old apple orchard. It is when you walk on the grass barefoot.
It is 5 hectares of cosiness in the heart of the Carpathian Mountains, in the village of Cheretiv. That is between towns of Kosiv and Verkhovyna.
Tepla Gora is a community of creative people who value freedom, care for the environment and cultivate warmth.
It's an open platform for retreats, camps and events, organised by our friends and partners.
Inner ecology is about maintaining a balance, both physically and emotionally. Therefore, our space is free from alcohol, smoking and drugs.
Outer ecology means taking care of the nature: at Tepla Gora we use renewable energy and rainwater, we recycle waste and build with natural materials.

Welcome to the Giants' Kitchen
Our giants are great historical figures who ate vegetarian or plant-based food. They include Mahatma Gandhi, Franz Kafka, Mary Shelley and Leonardo da Vinci.
Guests of the eco-centre have the opportunity to eat delicious and healthy dishes made from plant ingredients, as well as homemade bread and pastries made from wholemeal or gluten-free flour.
And in case you want to try Carpathian dairy products, you can buy them from our neighbours and consume them in the eco centre. Exceptions are meat products and fish, which are not allowed on Tepla Gora.
Detox from
Meat and dairy products, as well as refined products (white sugar, white flour), coffee and alcohol.
Don't panic, it's organic
Wherever possible we use organic and wholemeal products that have undergone minimal processing. Including produce from our fruit and vegetable garden.
#regeneration #learning #co-creation
Tepla Gora is a place for recovery, learning and co-creating with others. Yoga and other balancing practices, hiking in the mountains, picking berries and mushrooms, relaxing in the sauna are perfectly combined here with learning and creativity.
Space for balancing practices
Yoga and other practices can be done on the terrace in the garden or in our new Om Centre
Cafe and garden
In addition to the Om Centre, there is also a living room that we call the 'cafe' and meeting places in the garden. There is also a swing and a large area for children (and adult children) to play.
Magic of Tepla Gora
When feeling inspired 🦋 any guest of the eco centre can volunteer or bring something new to the space and thus experience the joy of co-creating with others.
